职位描述: | Requirements:
1. College and above; 2. ERP knowledge and experience 3. Good interpersonal communications skill 4. Fluent in Mandarin and English (both oral and writing) 5. Quick learning and sense of urgency 6. Team spirit, willingness to cooperate 7. Open mind 8. Good Computer skills in MS Windows / Office and other applications 9. Available working under time pressure Responsibilities: ·Responsible for customer-related services through the entire inquiry/ order process and delivery; ·Responsible for the customers‘ orders receiving, tracking and shipping to ensure order on time delivery; ·Responsible for the purchase orders releasing and delivery tracking; ·Performing effective communication to understand customer requirement and expectation in order to respond efficiently to the product issue; ·Communicate with local production and overseas vendors for anything related with customer needs; ·Co-ordinate with different departments to get the order progress smoothly and escalation to higher level if any problems. |
